More cars bearing the ENERGETIX logo on the road in Europe
Several ENERGETIX business partners were over recent weeks and months happy to receive their new cars from the ENERGETIXDRIVE programme. ENERGETIX actively involved: running and donating for RTL’s telethon
Charity is a matter of the heart for ENERGETIX. In addition to its other charity commitments, ENERGETIX also recently took part in the 20th anniversary of RTL’s telethon – a mega event that supports children in need. The target: to generate as much money for the good cause in 24 hours as possible. A wide range of different activities were arranged to achieve this goal.
The treadmill challenge
Joining in with spectacular activities for eight years: extreme sports endurance personality, ENERGETIX friend and enthusiastic wearer of sportEX – Joey Kelly. His ambitious target for 2015: to endure 24 hours on a treadmill. A further 20 treadmills were also set up on which relay teams representing such companies as ENERGETIX also ran for an entire 24 hours.
Team spirit par excellence
ENERGETIX also fielded a team for one of the 20 treadmills. It included highly motivated business partners and friends who had travelled to the event from all over Germany; our thanks go to:
• Christina Baldes
• Britta Hartmann
• Uwe Langhorst
• Leon Langhorst
• Andreas Kasulke
• Andreas Räwel
• Wolfgang Düsener
• Ralf Schmülling
• Elke Berndt
• Hans Jürgen Schmitz
• Ralf Unger
• Sabine Kaiser-Martin
• Markus Schweizer
• Joachim Hogg
• Dagmar Hüser
• Kirstin Lutz
• Annegret Latzel
• Frank Reinhardt
• Sven Eder
• Rudi Schmidt

ENERGETIX’s Andreas Förster, Fabiana Reichmann, Jessica Schlick and Petra Schmeing cheered the team on from the sidelines as tireless motivators and organizers.

Joey Kelly and the 24-hour challenge
Yes, Joey kept going and did the entire 24 hours on his own. But he wasn’t really alone, of course, because the 20 teams of runners (including teams representing Bauhaus, Postbank, Sparda Bank, Deutsche Post and Luke Kelly) were also present in the large hall with each relay team running on separate treadmills. They also gave their all. The companies donated 10 euros to be added to the grand total for every kilometre run.
Roland Förster live on TV
Roland Förster, Sole Shareholder and CEO, joined the host, Wolfram Kons, at the RTL Studios in Cologne on Friday evening. This was also when the total amount that ENERGETIX would be donating was revealed: 70,000 euros!
Competition to attract new business partners: Winners announced!
At the 2015 Catalogue Launch in Berlin, Jessica Schlick, Head of Marketing and Sales, challenged all business partners to take part in a very special competition to discover who could sign up the most newcomers in September and October 2015. The most successful person would be featured on the cover of the next issue of ENERGETIX’s magazine, which is published twice a year!
Claudine Guillard, who is a very successful business partner in France, took first place in this competition. Wonja Koch, a young and upcoming business partner from Germany made it to second place while Wolfgang Schneider followed in third.
We congratulate the winners on their outstanding work and say: keep it up!

Competition training trip to Madeira, the natural beauty of the Atlantic
True to the motto, ‘Under Nature’s Spell’, the winners of the second category training trip travelled to the picturesque island of flowers – Madeira – at the end of October!
Original and colourfully designed front doors in the old town of Funchal (the island’s capital), ‘azulejos’ (the famous blue ceramic tiles) and Madeira’s artistic embroidery (which besides its wine is the island’s most famous export): the participants were able to discover and admire all this and much more.
And, of course, there was lots of time to compare notes about their professional activities as independent ENERGETIX business partners!
Motivational boost for new business partners: the two-day event for newcomers
Newcomers were able to take part in an exclusive training trip to ENERGETIX’s headquarters in Bingen on 15 and 16 October.
The group spent the Thursday in the beautiful Rheingau region. This is where the participants from Germany, France and Belgium were able to take the opportunity to ask such questions as “How did you discover ENERGETIX Bingen?” and “How do you attract business partners?” and so get to know each other better. A member of the Customer Support staff helped with interpretation and so overcome any language barriers that might have existed. The participants were also later able to sample three top wines from the Rheingau region in the atmospheric and candlelit cellar vaults at the famous Eberbach Abbey. Continue reading

High-ranking visitor from Berlin. Federal Minister, Andrea Nahles, visited ENERGETIX Bingen!
Member of parliament arrives at ENERGETIX on 9 October 2015, on time and in good spirits. After being welcomed by Roland Förster, the company’s Sole Shareholder and CEO, and a short tour of its departments, the politician – who was always accompanied by several local politicians, press representatives and a television crew – took the time for an intensive exchange of ideas.
Andrea Nahles would not be a good politician if she didn’t shift attention to the topic that is currently particularly close to her heart: refugees – and more specifically – their rapid incorporation into the labour market for faster integration.
Lived integration
How can government help German companies to – rapidly – improve the refugees‘ situation on the labour market! These and other interesting questions were not avoided and the federal minister left with the promise that ENERGETIX would, if the political framework conditions permitted, give young refugees the opportunity to start their working life – and thus integration – with practical training at ENERGETIX.
Besides welcoming the high proportion of women, particularly in executive roles, the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs was especially happy to see the large number of – highly qualified – employees from immigrant backgrounds demonstrating that integration is a matter of course at ENERGETIX Bingen!
It was then time for her next appointment in Mainz where she was to discuss the topic of a “good working life” with citizens (“Gut leben, gut arbeiten” (“Living Well, Working Well”)). She was probably able to take several positive ideas from Bingen with her and contribute them to the discussion!
ENERGETIX Turkey: the Catalogue Launch 2015
ENERGETIX Türkiye’s Catalogue Launch took place in the fashion centre of Istanbul on 3 October 2015. The new collection for 2016 was presented following the event’s official opening by Tolga Deliktaş, head of ENERGETIX in Turkey, and a presentation by Dr Thiel, the COO.
Greetings from Germany
Dr Thiel expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation – also on behalf of Roland Förster, Sole Shareholder and CEO, and Alexander Link, CIO – to Mr Deliktaş, his team and all the business partners in Turkey!
The day was filled with interesting presentations: successful business partners reported their experiences gained from working with their teams, the use of social media in sales and the winning of new business partners. The social aspects of team management were also illuminated and experiences with magnetic jewellery were exchanged.
Networking Lounge: ENERGETIX experts talk about their experiences in Berlin
“This workshop where international business partners were able to discuss their experiences with each other is the BEST THING I’ve ever done in regard to training sessions and exchanges!!” (Uschi Eder)

The Sunday following the Catalogue Launch saw highly motivated international business partners meet at the Estrel for the Networking Lounge:
in a casual atmosphere and in high spirits, the partners formed small groups to work on the subjects of team motivation, strategies for winning business partners and self-motivation that are so important to success and thus benefit from each other. Liz Howard, our voice coach, also decided spontaneously to join us!
