Newcomers were able to take part in an exclusive training trip to ENERGETIX’s headquarters in Bingen on 15 and 16 October.
The group spent the Thursday in the beautiful Rheingau region. This is where the participants from Germany, France and Belgium were able to take the opportunity to ask such questions as “How did you discover ENERGETIX Bingen?” and “How do you attract business partners?” and so get to know each other better. A member of the Customer Support staff helped with interpretation and so overcome any language barriers that might have existed. The participants were also later able to sample three top wines from the Rheingau region in the atmospheric and candlelit cellar vaults at the famous Eberbach Abbey.
On the Friday, Roland Förster warmly welcomed the newcomers at ENERGETIX’s headquarters and shared the most important news about the company with them. Alexander Link then talked about ENERGETIX’s management system and other IT news. All of which was followed on this cool October day by the presentation of the awards for the winners in this training-trip category.
Besides his rousing and highly motivating presentation entitled, “How can I achieve top performances?”, Joey Kelly also met all requests for autographs and photos and once again demonstrated that he’s a star who likes to rub shoulders with his fans.
The business-partner group then enjoyed an informative tour of the company that, among other things, provided an exclusive insight into the work of Customer Support, and included a visit to the stores and a brief excursion to the high-tech engraving machine.
The second storey of ENERGETIX’s headquarters presents a magnificent view of the Rhine Valley, the vineyards and the Niederwald Monument. This is also where marketing staff offered an exclusive insight into the variety of tasks they carry out for the globally operating company.
A special surprise then awaited participants in the jewellery-design department where they were able to take an exclusive look at the new jewellery for the winter brochure. They were also allowed to take a copy of the freshly printed brochure home with them!
