Some­times it’s not just the con­tent of an event that stays in the mem­o­ry – but above all the peo­ple, the encoun­ters and the feel­ing of being part of some­thing special.

That’s exact­ly what our NEW STARS expe­ri­enced at this year’s event in Bin­gen. The pro­gramme fea­tured two days full of inspi­ra­tion, per­son­al exchanges and gen­uine ENERGETIX moments. Par­tic­i­pants gained fas­ci­nat­ing insights into our com­pa­ny, were hon­oured for their achieve­ments, were able to expe­ri­ence ENERGETIX first-hand and took away many valu­able ideas to help them on their future journey.

Par­tic­u­lar­ly inspir­ing were the two train­ing ses­sions led by Andrea Hön­ne­mann, as well as Joey Kelly’s moti­va­tion­al talk on the theme of ‘NO LIMITS’. But the group din­ner by the Rhine, set against a beau­ti­ful sun­set, also pro­vid­ed plen­ty of oppor­tu­ni­ty for per­son­al inter­ac­tion amongst them­selves and with the ENERGETIX man­age­ment team. The event con­clud­ed with a pic­nic offer­ing a mag­nif­i­cent view over the Rhine Val­ley – the per­fect set­ting for fur­ther fruit­ful con­ver­sa­tions and renewed motivation.

Yet just as impor­tant as the pro­gramme itself was the sense of togeth­er­ness. Dur­ing the shared meals, many con­ver­sa­tions and numer­ous shared expe­ri­ences, it became clear once again what makes ENERGETIX spe­cial: a down-to-earth fam­i­ly busi­ness where com­mu­ni­ty, appre­ci­a­tion and mutu­al sup­port are put into practice.

Many thanks to all the par­tic­i­pants, speak­ers and helpers who made this event so spe­cial. We’re already look­ing for­ward to many more shared experiences!

Shar­ing unfor­get­table moments togeth­er: At this year’s STARCLUB event, some of our top busi­ness part­ners from Ger­many, France and the Nether­lands spent three action-packed days in the beau­ti­ful Black For­est. The venue was the his­toric Hotel Vier Jahreszeit­en in Schluchsee, which, with its typ­i­cal Black For­est charm, pro­vid­ed the per­fect set­ting for this spe­cial event.

With most­ly glo­ri­ous sun­shine, the par­tic­i­pants were treat­ed to a var­ied pro­gramme packed with fun, group activ­i­ties and culi­nary delights. High­lights includ­ed a vis­it to the award-win­ning Marder schnapps dis­tillery with an exclu­sive tast­ing, a cre­ative paint­ing work­shop with a prize-giv­ing cer­e­mo­ny, and the Fly­ing Fox (zip-lin­ing) at the Teamwelt event venue, which pro­vid­ed a real adren­a­line rush. A line-danc­ing work­shop pre­sent­ed the par­tic­i­pants with a few chal­lenges, but brought plen­ty of good cheer and put a smile on many a face. A boat trip on the pic­turesque Titisee then offered relax­ation and the chance for some per­son­al inter­ac­tion. Of course, a leg­endary par­ty evening was also a must.

An all-round suc­cess­ful STARCLUB event that demon­strat­ed once again: moments shared togeth­er cre­ate mem­o­ries that last a long time.
