Well-being made easy! ENERGETIX business partners stage massage workshop in Bingen

The air was filled with the fragrance of mandarin oil and massage tables had been set up in the training rooms: Jeannette Bal-van Schijndel from the Netherlands and Caroline Rijsdijk from Belgium, both professional masseurs, along with Michael Hengstermann and Claudia Skramec from Germany invited partners to take part in a two-day massage workshop at ENERGETIX’s company headquarters!

Twenty-two participants from all over Germany who were all eager for knowledge accepted the invitation by the organization team to discover the art of massage with ENERGETIX’s nicely shaped MagnetMassage tool on 2 and 3 May!

Intensive business-partner training weekend on the Baltic coast – including a generous donation

There’s always a rush when independent ENERGETIX business partners, Karin and Klaus Becker, and their organisation team send out invitations to their ‘Baltic Training’, which is famed beyond their region. As was the case again in Quern on the banks of Flensburg Firth from 11 to 13 March 2016.

Ostseetraining Beckers 2016

The event, which was staged under the heading, “The power to learn from each other – together we’re strong!”, included workshops, experience reports and countless tried-and-tested practical tips for business with ENERGETIX. This weekend focused on the aspects of “creativity and variety’. The training participants were also pleased to receive a surprise visit from Jessica Schlick, who is a member of the management at ENERGETIX.

The couple’s team was again extremely generous this year as they were able to donate a generous 1,300 euros to Dirk Baumann, who manages the SOS Children’s Village in Lütjenburg / Schleswig-Holstein. Thank you for this remarkable dedication to children!

The best of the best: the international STARCLUB meeting in Stromberg

They came from Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria and Switzerland to jointly kick off the new business year and to boost their activities with new input: the ‘stars’ met for the two-day event at the idyllically situated Land & Golf Hotel in Stromberg.

Lunch together was followed by the official greeting by Roland Förster, ENERGETIX’s Sole Shareholder and CEO. New management member, Jessica Schlick, who has already headed the Marketing and Sales department for many years, then invited participants to come up to the stage individually: each one of the 54 STARCLUB members who had travelled to the event from eight countries was duly recognized, presented with a certificate and immortalized in group photos.

And, of course, this ENERGETIX event wouldn’t have been complete without a training session with added value: Collin Croome, a highly experienced speaker, shared background know-how and applicable tips about the topic of ‘Social Media’ – a topic that is also becoming increasingly important to business partners.

The first day was then concluded following the evening meal together with live music and dancing in a great atmosphere.

Worth duplicating: ENERGETIX business partners from Westerwald organize a great training session for their team!

That the practical exchanges at this year’s kick-off meeting in Willingen were absolutely effective is demonstrated by the fact that Andreas Räwel and Andreas Kasulke – both successful ENERGETIX business partners – used the concept to organize a corresponding training event for their own downline themselves!

Impressive Response: Thirty-nine participants travelled to the event in Mogendorf in Westerwald on Saturday, 20 February 2016. “We started with a business presentation and then focused on the Basis II and Basis III training and Team Building I and II modules. This was followed by a live jewellery presentation with invited guests at the venue. Here, the business partners were asked to pay special attention to whether all the relevant aspects – the presentation of the business, for example, or the observation of signals, booking and subsequent booking and, of course, the presentation itself – were being employed in the presentation. Afterwards the training participants were ‘all mixed together’ by drawing lots. The tables were pushed together to create five groups. Each group was then given an envelope that contained a workshop topic. The task: to develop ten important and relevant points in the group!”

160222_Bildleiste_R-K_3_dg

The agenda included the following topics – all of which are probably most important to all business partners:

• Preparing the host (up to the point where ‘host becomes a business partner’)
• Jewellery / wellness presentation: how do I make my business right and important
• Booking / subsequent booking during the presentation, at markets and fairs
• Creating leads (for a business partnership, presentation or customer)
• How do I get structure into my business, what aspects do I need to change?

160222_Bildleiste_R-K_2_dg

All the participants contributed, helped develop the team results and at the end one team member from each of the workshop tables summarized their group’s results for the entire audience!

The result of this training: everyone was absolutely thrilled. “The response was really great and everybody genuinely had lots of fun!”

FROGBLOG says thank you to all participants for their dedication, keep it up! Always!

Successful informational and motivational mix: ENERGETIX’s meeting in Denmark to kick-off 2016

It was the end of January and the big day had come: our Danish business partners met in Middelfart in the south of Denmark to welcome in the new ENERGETIX year. The atmosphere was great and all the participants benefited from the information presented at the meeting and the fact that they were again able to swap notes in a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere.

160204_Bildleiste_DA_2_dg

Inge Møller Nielsen presented ways for increasing success even further in 2016. The successful ENERGETIX business partner also talked about such important issues as customer contact and maintaining existing business relationships as well as how important it is to pursue your goals and to always focus on them with action and energy.

160204_Bildleiste_DA_1_dg

“Always think of ENERGETIX wherever you are and whatever the moment. Always be aware of new customers and new business partners without becoming a ‘hunter’, however.”

One of the highlights was when Roland Förster, the company founder, joined the meeting from Germany via Skype. He warmly greeted the business partners in Denmark and talked about the latest developments at the company while offering a brief preview of ENERGETIX’s spring / summer 2016 brochure .

One thing is for certain after this motivational boost for the future: ENERGETIX’s business partners in Denmark can’t wait to get the new business year started.

True to the company song – “Energize Your Life” – 85 francophone ENERGETIX business partners travelled to Lyon to start the new business year together with fun and lots of energy. ENERGETIX business partners from across teams and from all over France and Switzerland came to the meeting. Thanks to the organization by Petra Schmeing (Events) at ENERGETIX headquarters in Bingen, who worked with top business partners, Anke Hesse-Michaelis and Josette Desassis, it was possible to stage an event that delivered benefits to all the participants.

Roland Förster, ENERGETIX’s Sole Shareholder and CEO, along with Jessica Schlick (CMO) and Petra Schmeing announced the latest news about the company and outlined the benefits of being / becoming a business partner for ENERGETIX

160204_Jahresauftakt_Frankreich_1_jg

The presentation of the new ‘Spring / Summer 2016’ and ‘Wellness & More 2016’ brochures was received just as enthusiastically as the presentation of the new training trip competition. The programme also included several motivating and informative talks:
The presentation by guest speaker, Nadine Coquillat, focused on the most important characteristics that business people should possess. In his expert presentation, Phillippe Dailey, Honorary Chairman of the French Direct Sales Association (FVD), discussed the status of the VDI (i. e. the status of most French business partner) and how to reach the next level. Josette Desassis, business partner of the first hour, talked about the factors that affect the success of business with ENERGETIX.160204_Jahresauftakt_Frankreich_2_jg

ENERGETIX Turkey – 2016 kick-off meeting in Ankara

rixos ankara

The event to kick off the ENERGETIX year in Turkey was held at the ‘Rixos Grand Ankara’ Hotel in the country’s capital on 9 January. Branch Manager, Tolga Deliktaş, and his team were responsible for staging another event that was successful all round.

DSCF4029The topics of the day included, among many others, the best way to sell magnetic designer jewellery and win new business partners. Useful explanations about ENERGETIX’s business idea and about the compensation plan were also on the agenda.

1666_877316409051967_3620393902305038972_n

It was also particularly pleasing that the enthusiastic participants included 19 new business partners for whom the meeting was the first major ENERGETIX event.

Business partners who were particularly successful in Turkey were naturally also honoured. There were two business partners who achieved special results in just a short time: Bülent Cennet, the new Regional Marketing Director, and Ali Seydi Gültekin, the new Area Marketing Director, were deservedly honoured.

All participants also took the welcome opportunity to get to know each other and swap notes about the business – the atmosphere was as always great.

The next business presentations will already be taking place in Istanbul at the middle / end of February.
