True to the mot­to, ‘Under Nature’s Spell’, the win­ners of the sec­ond cat­e­go­ry train­ing trip trav­elled to the pic­turesque island of flow­ers – Madeira – at the end of October!

Orig­i­nal and colour­ful­ly designed front doors in the old town of Fun­chal (the island’s cap­i­tal), ‘azule­jos’ (the famous blue ceram­ic tiles) and Madeira’s artis­tic embroi­dery (which besides its wine is the island’s most famous export): the par­tic­i­pants were able to dis­cov­er and admire all this and much more.

And, of course, there was lots of time to com­pare notes about their pro­fes­sion­al activ­i­ties as inde­pen­dent ENERGETIX busi­ness partners!

New­com­ers were able to take part in an exclu­sive train­ing trip to ENER­GETIX’s head­quar­ters in Bin­gen on 15 and 16 October.

The group spent the Thurs­day in the beau­ti­ful Rhein­gau region. This is where the par­tic­i­pants from Ger­many, France and Bel­gium were able to take the oppor­tu­ni­ty to ask such ques­tions as “How did you dis­cov­er ENERGETIX Bin­gen?” and “How do you attract busi­ness part­ners?” and so get to know each oth­er bet­ter. A mem­ber of the Cus­tomer Sup­port staff helped with inter­pre­ta­tion and so over­come any lan­guage bar­ri­ers that might have exist­ed. The par­tic­i­pants were also lat­er able to sam­ple three top wines from the Rhein­gau region in the atmos­pher­ic and can­dlelit cel­lar vaults at the famous Eber­bach Abbey. Con­tin­ue read­ing →

Mem­ber of par­lia­ment arrives at ENERGETIX on 9 Octo­ber 2015, on time and in good spir­its. After being wel­comed by Roland Förster, the com­pa­ny’s Sole Share­hold­er and CEO, and a short tour of its depart­ments, the politi­cian – who was always accom­pa­nied by sev­er­al local politi­cians, press rep­re­sen­ta­tives and a tele­vi­sion crew – took the time for an inten­sive exchange of ideas.

Lived inte­gra­tion
How can gov­ern­ment help Ger­man com­pa­nies to – rapid­ly – improve the refugees‘ sit­u­a­tion on the labour mar­ket! These and oth­er inter­est­ing ques­tions were not avoid­ed and the fed­er­al min­is­ter left with the promise that ENERGETIX would, if the polit­i­cal frame­work con­di­tions per­mit­ted, give young refugees the oppor­tu­ni­ty to start their work­ing life – and thus inte­gra­tion – with prac­ti­cal train­ing at ENERGETIX. 

Besides wel­com­ing the high pro­por­tion of women, par­tic­u­lar­ly in exec­u­tive roles, the Fed­er­al Min­is­ter for Labour and Social Affairs was espe­cial­ly hap­py to see the large num­ber of – high­ly qual­i­fied – employ­ees from immi­grant back­grounds demon­strat­ing that inte­gra­tion is a mat­ter of course at ENERGETIX Bingen! 

It was then time for her next appoint­ment in Mainz where she was to dis­cuss the top­ic of a “good work­ing life” with cit­i­zens (“Gut leben, gut arbeit­en” (“Liv­ing Well, Work­ing Well”)). She was prob­a­bly able to take sev­er­al pos­i­tive ideas from Bin­gen with her and con­tribute them to the discussion!

ENERGETIX Türkiye’s Cat­a­logue Launch took place in the fash­ion cen­tre of Istan­bul on 3 Octo­ber 2015. The new col­lec­tion for 2016 was pre­sent­ed fol­low­ing the even­t’s offi­cial open­ing by Tol­ga Delik­taş, head of ENERGETIX in Turkey, and a pre­sen­ta­tion by Dr Thiel, the COO.

Dr Thiel expressed his deep grat­i­tude and appre­ci­a­tion – also on behalf of Roland Förster, Sole Share­hold­er and CEO, and Alexan­der Link, CIO – to Mr Delik­taş, his team and all the busi­ness part­ners in Turkey!

The day was filled with inter­est­ing pre­sen­ta­tions: suc­cess­ful busi­ness part­ners report­ed their expe­ri­ences gained from work­ing with their teams, the use of social media in sales and the win­ning of new busi­ness part­ners. The social aspects of team man­age­ment were also illu­mi­nat­ed and expe­ri­ences with mag­net­ic jew­ellery were exchanged.

The Sun­day fol­low­ing the Cat­a­logue Launch saw high­ly moti­vat­ed inter­na­tion­al busi­ness part­ners meet at the Estrel for the Net­work­ing Lounge:

in a casu­al atmos­phere and in high spir­its, the part­ners formed small groups to work on the sub­jects of team moti­va­tion, strate­gies for win­ning busi­ness part­ners and self-moti­va­tion that are so impor­tant to suc­cess and thus ben­e­fit from each oth­er. Liz Howard, our voice coach, also decid­ed spon­ta­neous­ly to join us!

Tol­ga Delik­taş, head of ENERGETIX in Turkey, joined forces with suc­cess­ful ENERGETIX busi­ness part­ners, Bülent and Aysegül Bek­tas Cen­net, on the Turk­ish Busi­ness Chan­nel to present the promis­ing busi­ness idea and a range of prod­ucts to a wide audience. 

Gül­gün Fey­man, the pop­u­lar TV pre­sen­ter, was notice­ably impressed and she liked ENER­GETIX’s jew­ellery so much that she imme­di­ate­ly put on a few items and host­ed the show with a whole series of bracelets and oth­er pieces.

BERLIN, the Thurs­day before the Launch: a day in the area sur­round­ing Berlin had been arranged for the inter­na­tion­al STARCLUB mem­bers who had trav­elled to the event from sev­en coun­tries. The trip took them, ENER­GETIX’s man­age­ment and guests from Puer­to Rico and the USA to Lake Wolziger in near­by Brandenburg.

The most beau­ti­ful sun­shine and high spir­its accom­pa­nied the guests on their trip out into the lake. It must be said that some of the team seemed to feel a bit like pirates as they pre­pared the boat, hoist­ed sail and exe­cut­ed the team nav­i­ga­tion tasks. The sev­en yachts then met in the shape of a STAR in the mid­dle of the lake – after which the joint sport­ing expe­ri­ence became even more enjoy­able for the more than 80 par­tic­i­pants as sparkling wine and snacks were served.

Inter­na­tion­al exchange of experiences
Back on land, in the roman­ti­cal­ly sit­u­at­ed yacht club, the bar­be­cue buf­fet and relaxed atmos­phere cre­at­ed the per­fect oppor­tu­ni­ty for an inten­sive exchange of expe­ri­ences. The man­age­ment was also on hand with open ears for all the stars.

Peo­ple trav­elled from 23 coun­tries to Berlin to take part in the top event of ENER­GETIX’s year! Roland Förster, ENER­GETIX’s Sole Share­hold­er and CEO, gave a very warm wel­come to his guests and, after his moti­vat­ing speech that reviewed the pre­vi­ous year and looked for­ward to the next, he invit­ed this year’s host on to the stage: Bar­bara Schöneberg­er! This was the third time she’d been booked to present the Launch, which means that she’s prac­ti­cal­ly become a per­ma­nent mem­ber of the ENERGETIX family!

Trend-ori­ent­ed and varied
And then the time arrived: with­in the scope of a clev­er­ly chore­o­graphed pre­sen­ta­tion, expres­sive dancers revealed the new col­lec­tion of mag­net­ic jew­ellery. Two jew­ellery design­ers from ENERGETIX in Bin­gen pro­vid­ed accom­pa­ny­ing mate­r­i­al descrip­tions and inter­est­ing infor­ma­tion about the indi­vid­ual pieces.

The new col­lec­tion also includes four new trend cat­e­gories under the entic­ing mot­to of POWERFUL FELLOWS – these are appro­pri­ate­ly named:

BRIGHT BEAUTIES
SMART REBELS

The count­down then began and the busi­ness part­ners looked for­ward with excite­ment to the unveil­ing of the cat­a­logue. And, to the delight of all, the cov­er of the new cat­a­logue revealed that none oth­er than our Launch host – Bar­bara Schöneberg­er – had been cho­sen as the face of ENER­GETIX’s new cat­a­logue for 2016!

Awards for busi­ness part­ner have always been part of how ENERGETIX in Bin­gen works – and so the hon­ours were again an impor­tant item on the pro­gramme this year: whether new­com­ers, STARCLUB mem­bers or par­tic­u­lar­ly suc­cess­ful team builders… ENERGETIX brought them all on the stage to cel­e­brate them as they deserved!
