Bingen’s mayor Thomas Feser was visibly interested when he paid a visit to sole shareholder and CEO Roland Förster and his company, ENERGETIX, in mid-April. Left to right: Roland Förster (CEO), Thomas Feser (Mayor of Bingen) und Karl-Günther Gallas (Bingen Department of Economic Development)

Mr. Förster took the local politician and his personal aides on a tour of the different departments, introducing the members of his staff and their areas of responsibility. The operating principles of the internationally active Bingen-based company and its story of success were listened to with great interest… while the breathtaking vista from the offices, with a view over green hillsides, castles and the Rhine, was enthusiastically admired. After all, Mayor Feser’s office in Klopp Castle also enjoys a fantastic view into the romantic Rhine Valley.

Tessi is now called temEX

The popular ENERGETIX app for Android mobiles to „scan“ the magnetic flow has a new name: from now on it is called „temEX“!

130416_Smartphone_temEX_EN

ENERGETIX distributors can download temEX free of charge from Google Play. Just enter „Energetix temEX“ in the search function at Google Play, select the app and download temEX. The download starts once the request is confirmed.

If the app finds a magnetic flow when scanning, the intensity of colour of the big ENERGETIX frog in the display area changes.

You can find further information on temEX in the distributor access area at energetix.tv.

The following link, opened on an Android mobile (2.3.3 Gingerbread or later), takes you straight to temEX in the Google Play Store: http://www.energetix.mobi/temex

NB: Distributors who have already downloaded the app under its old name will receive an automatic update.

Practical tip from Biserka Marseglia: the sportEX sports shirt attracts interest – wherever you are

Successful independent ENERGETIX distributor Biserka Marseglia from Leutenbach is always ready with a good, proven canvassing tip for distributors. She used her own fitness training to draw attention to ENERGETIX and the sportEX success concept and to make new contacts.

130404_Biba_Fitness_jo

True to the slogan „Fit for the next decade“, she pulled on her sportEX sports shirt, attached a MagnetHeart — one of the best sellers from the House of ENERGETIX Bingen — to the back of her neck and did her workout at a fitness centre. This attracted the interest of the other people training there and she was directly approached by a number of them.

121206_Stempel_yj

A good idea that is sure to be taken up enthusiastically by distributors keen on sport.

Thanks for this successful practical tip!

Did you know …?

… that you can also fasten bracelet 1990 from the Young Star Collection with a slipknot (which we described to distributors in the QuickNews „Little knot guide“ of June 2012)?

1990_Schiebeknoten_dg (2)

121206_Stempel_yjThis simple but artful knot-tying technique allows you to vary the length or breadth of the bracelet as often as you like. A lovely alternative to the classical knot. Try it out!

ENERGETIXDRIVE on Facebook: the group is growing

Since ENERGETIXDRIVE’s inception, the enthusiasm of distributors for ENERGETIX Bingen’s car leasing programme has remained unabated. This is hardly surprising as it enables the company’s successful distributors to obtain a car from the programme at rock bottom leasing and insurance terms. The new Mercedes Benz A‑Class for instance.

The positive response of distributors to the ENERGETIXDRIVE programme is confirmed by the fact that a separate ENERGETIXDRIVE group has quickly formed on Facebook, with a large number of fans:

Facebook ENERGETIXDrive Screenshot

The closed Facebook group posts news, information and photos about this attractive programme and the dream cars available under it.

NB: ENERGETIX Bingen distributors who are interested can apply to the group administrator for membership.

Code of Ethics: Commitment to ethical business practices and consumer service

ENERGETIX Kataloglaunch 2012

Michelle Viguié

Michelle Viguié, Vice President and Head of Customer Relations of ENERGETIX USA emphasizes and stresses on the importance to comply with the DSA Code of Ethics. She addresses that: „The cornerstone of the Direct Selling Association’s (DSA) commitment to ethical business practices and consumer service is its Code of Ethics. As a member company, ENERGETIX Bingen has pledged to abide by the code’s standards and procedures as a condition of admission and continuing membership in DSA

The DSA Code of Ethics speaks to both the consumer and the seller. It ensures that ENERGETIX Bingen, as a member company, will make no statements or promises that might mislead either consumers or prospective sales people. Pyramid schemes are illegal and companies operating pyramids are not permitted to be members of the DSA. Members of the DSA are bound by the Code of Ethics and should follow the Proselyting Guidelines set by the DSA. Proselyting is the term of art used in direct selling to describe the attempt to convert one or more sales force members from one company to another. The ethics and legality of efforts to attract salespeople from one company to another is a subject of frequent and intense discussion by industry members. The Direct Selling Association has adopted guidelines regarding these practices of which salespeople and companies should be aware.

file_facts_logo_3[1]

The DSA Code of Ethics is enforced by an independent code administrator who is not connected with any member company. The code administrator will do everything possible to resolve any complaints to the satisfaction of everyone involved, and has the power to decide on remedies. ENERGETIX Bingen has agreed to honor the administrator’s decisions.

ENERGETIX Bingen’s compliance with the Code of Ethics makes a bold statement about our commitment to practicing the highest ethics in business. By doing business with ENERGETIX Bingen, as DSA member company, the field sales force and the ultimate consumer can be sure they are dealing with a company serious about providing quality and service at the highest levels.
