The Eberbach Abbey

The first day was reserved for the newcomers’ trip to the picturesque Rheingau region. A nostalgic old-timer bus took them to – among other places – the Eberbach Abbey, an impressive former Cistercian Abbey near Eltville, which is famous for being the location where the classic “The Name of the Rose” was filmed.

“No limits – how to achieve top performances”

The second day was reserved for a guided tour of ENERGETIX’s headquarters in Bingen. Following a warm welcome by Roland Förster, Alexander Link, who is head of the IT department, talked about the switch to the new IT system.

The afternoon commenced with a special highlight: a high-speed and informative motivational training session with Joey Kelly. All participants were then given the welcome opportunity to ask questions, make suggestions and find out more interesting things about the company.

The two-day event provided the newcomers with deep insights into the company and was a great opportunity for them to get to know each other and exchange experiences. The rainy weather couldn’t spoil the good mood!

Jessica Schlick, Head of Marketing and Sales, took the international group of participants on a tour of the company’s headquarters in Bingen am Rhein.

From the idea to the finished item: an excursion to the jewellery-design department.
