ENERGETIX busi­ness part­ners, Karin and Klaus Beck­er, host­ed a team train­ing in the munic­i­pal­i­ty of Lottstet­ten in Baden-Würt­tem­berg from 13 to 15 March. The invi­ta­tion was aimed at both new busi­ness part­ners and “old hands” who want­ed to learn new things and refresh their knowl­edge.

The three-day train­ing was both infor­ma­tive and mul­ti-lay­ered as it focused on, among oth­er things, the fol­low­ing top­ics:

• How to elim­i­nate anx­i­eties,
• How to build up self-con­fi­dence,
• How to make calls cor­rect­ly
• How to build up teams,
• How to build up busi­ness,
• How to do home par­ties and
• Starter Train­ing

Because reten­tion is usu­al­ly bet­ter when every­body gets active­ly involved, Karin and Klaus staged a range of work­shops at which the par­tic­i­pants got togeth­er in small groups and then famil­iar­ized them­selves with the top­ics before pre­sent­ing their results to the group.

Klaus also shared a wealth of tips about sell­ing with the par­tic­i­pants that will help them through­out their future with ENERGETIX.

The occa­sion­al play­ful inter­lude helped the par­tic­i­pants relax and clear their minds so they were able to sub­se­quent­ly increase their con­cen­tra­tion lev­els.

The prac­ti­cal­ly ori­ent­ed train­ing week­end (with Ulrich Lang from Switzer­land as a sur­prise guest) was well received due to the wealth of tips and sup­port it pro­vid­ed. And Karin and Klaus are again plan­ning their pop­u­lar “Train­ing at the Baltic Sea” for the end of May.
