Around 30 busi­ness part­ners from the Nether­lands and Ger­many trav­elled to Major­ca from 11 to 14 Octo­ber. They were invit­ed because of the con­vinc­ing results they had achieved dur­ing the activ­i­ty peri­od between May and July 2016. Because suc­cess is always appre­ci­at­ed at ENERGETIX.

The par­tic­i­pants were not only able to enjoy the splen­did nat­ur­al sights, they were also able to explore the Mediter­ranean cul­ture that exists on the pop­u­lar hol­i­day island. And this explo­ration was kicked off with a tasty tapas tour dur­ing which the trav­ellers were able to move from sta­tion to sta­tion try­ing the typ­i­cal dish­es and tast­ing the wines to match the deli­cious morsels.

The group around Roland Förster, CEO and Sole Share­hold­er, and Alexan­der Link, CIO / COO, were tak­en out on a cata­ma­ran the next day to enjoy the views of the enchant­i­ng island from the sea and relax in glo­ri­ous sun­shine! And, of course, the trip also pro­vid­ed the impor­tant oppor­tu­ni­ty for the trav­ellers to exchange expe­ri­ences, which is an aspect that is always essen­tial to any ENERGETIX event.

The mem­bers of the group also used the occa­sion to chat with ENERGETIX’s man­age­ment, ask ques­tions and win many new impres­sions and learn from each oth­er in many dis­cus­sions. The par­tic­i­pants will be able to car­ry the new expe­ri­ences and moti­va­tion into their teams to the ben­e­fit of every­one!

Then there was time for a leisure­ly stroll through the nar­row streets of Pal­ma and to seek out one or the oth­er sou­venir of this spe­cial trip.

Relaxed and entire­ly in line with the Mediter­ranean lifestyle, the par­tic­i­pants were able to demon­strate at the pael­la com­pe­ti­tion in the evening whether they had the mak­ings of a Mal­lor­can!

Town and beach includ­ed: the next day’s high­light was an explo­ration of the island on bicy­cles. Whether phys­i­cal­ly demand­ing and fast or at a more leisure­ly speed: every­one set their own pace and arrived relaxed and hap­py at the meet­ing point that had been arranged for the pre­pared gourmet pic­nic.

The par­tic­i­pants were free to chill out, go sight­see­ing and shop­ping dur­ing the after­noon and the evening and award cer­e­mo­ny were com­menced with aper­i­tifs in a very atmos­pher­ic set­ting on Palma’s city walls.

Beach and sea, Plaça Major and tra­di­tion­al island cui­sine: the train­ing trip to Major­ca pre­sent­ed the trav­ellers with a pot­pour­ri of impres­sions and unique expe­ri­ences and will cer­tain­ly con­sti­tute anoth­er boost to their careers with ENERGETIX! It is now up to the par­tic­i­pants to focus their spe­cial atten­tion on the new busi­ness part­ners won for the com­pe­ti­tion to strength­en their teams!

The excite­ment is grow­ing: it’s not long now until 20 Novem­ber when those who qual­i­fied in the first train­ing-com­pe­ti­tion cat­e­go­ry will be trav­el­ling to San Fran­cis­co!
